Job Overview
A Guest Relation Executive is responsible for maintaining excellent customer relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional service to guests. This role includes various duties related to guest services, including handling inquiries, resolving complaints, coordinating guest requests, and ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests.The desired candidate should have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India.
Qualifications And Skills- 1-3 years of experience as a Guest Relation Executive or in a similar role

- Handle telephone calls, emails, and any other forms of communication in a professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and events to provide accurate information to guests
- Assist in making reservations and managing bookings
- Promote hotel services and facilities to enhance guest experience
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are in excellent condition
- Follow all safety and security procedures to create a safe environment for guests
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
