Roles and Responsibilities
Interviews: Participate in the recruitment process, conducting interviews and assessing candidates.Prepare Presentations: Develop engaging presentations on HR-related topics and project findings.
Work on Project Reports: Assist in creating comprehensive reports for HR initiatives and outcomes.
Employee Engagement: Help design and implement activities to boost employee morale and engagement.
Job Posting: Draft and post job openings on various platforms to attract suitable candidates.
Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of candidate applications, interview feedback, and other HR activities.
Onboarding & Induction: Support the onboarding and induction processes, ensuring new hires are well-integrated and understand company policies.
Offboarding: Assist in the offboarding process, ensuring a smooth exit for departing employees.
Qualifications
Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Knowledge: Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
Experience: Previous internships or coursework related to HR is a plus.
Skills
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing data and case studies.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and detail in all tasks.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Proficiency in Technology: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and HR software is a plus.
