Job Description
Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, developing strong customer relationships, implementing customer service policies, and leading a team of customer service representatives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the customer service department.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service experience and increase customer satisfaction.
- Set clear team goals and motivate team members to achieve them.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment.
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
- Monitor and improve customer service KPIs such as response times, customer satisfaction scores, and productivity metrics.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely and efficient manner.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Analyze relevant data to determine customer service outputs and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
- A customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
