We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in field sales, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets.As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth in your assigned territory.
Responsibilities- Identify and target potential clients in assigned territories
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients showcasing product features and benefits
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by management
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts as required
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide customer feedback and insights
- Attend trade shows and industry events to promote products and network with potential clients
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1-5 years of experience in field sales or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Familiarity with the local market and industry trends
- Ability to handle objections and provide solutions
