Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Search Engine Optimization Specialist to join our team in Pune. This is a full-time role requiring a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about SEO, with a focus on driving organic traffic, improving search rankings, and collaborating effectively within a team.
Qualifications And Skills- Strong proficiency in team collaboration (Mandatory skill) to work effectively with colleagues and achieve common goals.
- Experience with off-page SEO techniques (Mandatory skill) to enhance website authority and drive external traffic.
- Solid understanding of on-page SEO strategies (Mandatory skill) to optimize content and site architecture for improved search visibility.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify challenges and propose effective solutions quickly and efficiently.
- Knowledge of algorithm design to understand and apply search engine algorithms for improved SEO practices.
- Proficiency in debugging various SEO issues to ensure websites meet technical requirements and standards.
- Experience with object-oriented programming for developing and managing SEO tools and platforms.
- Understanding of data structures to organize and optimize data processes for better search engine performance.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-volume search terms and optimize pages accordingly.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Analyze website data and performance metrics to identify issues and areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with content creators to effectively integrate SEO strategies into content planning and creation.
- Monitor changes in search engine algorithms and industry trends to maintain and adjust strategies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and outcomes.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on SEO performance and progress for management review.
