ResponsibilityIndustry - Interior and Exhibition
Brand Management and AwarenessDeveloping Brand Strategy: Crafting and executing strategies to position the company as a leader in the interior design or exhibition space.
Market Research and Insights: Regularly conducting market research to understand trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences, adapting the marketing strategies accordingly.Brand Communication: Ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all channels (offline and online), including event marketing, exhibitions, and digital platforms.
- Lead Generation and Sales Support
Lead Generation: Developing campaigns that generate high-quality leads for sales teams, focusing on both long-term and short-term business opportunities in the interior and exhibition sectors.
Conversion and Sales Alignment: Ensuring marketing efforts are aligned with sales teams&apos objectives to convert leads into clients.Client Retention: Implementing strategies to maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Digital Marketing Strategy and Execution
Website and Online Presence: Overseeing the company&aposs website and online platforms, ensuring they reflect the latest projects, trends, and capabilities.
SEO/SEM Strategy: Ensuring strong organic and paid search strategies to improve visibility for key services in the interior and exhibition space.
Social Media Marketing: Driving engagement through content marketing on social platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.) by showcasing projects, designs, or events.- Event Marketing and Trade Shows
Exhibitions and Trade Shows: Leading the marketing strategies for major industry trade shows, exhibitions, or product launches. Ensuring the companys presence at relevant events to attract clients and build brand authority.
Project and Event Promotion: Promoting major interior projects, exhibitions, or trade events through targeted campaigns.
- Partnerships and Business Development
Collaborations and Sponsorships: Identifying potential business partnerships, sponsorships, and cross-promotional opportunities to expand the company&aposs reach in the industry.
Networking: Attending industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to build relationships and explore new business opportunities.- Team Leadership and Budget Management
Team Management: Leading and mentoring the marketing team, ensuring they are aligned with the companys vision and goals.
Budget Allocation: Managing the marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost-effective campaigns that maximize ROI.Performance Monitoring: Establishing KPIs, tracking campaign performance, and adjusting strategies based on results.
- Customer Insights and Feedback
Survey and Data Analysis: Regularly reviewing customer satisfaction surveys, data analytics, and project feedback to guide future campaigns and refine marketing efforts.
- Content Strategy and Creative Direction
Content Creation: Overseeing the development of high-quality content (videos, blogs, case studies) that resonates with target audiences.

Role Description
This is a full-time Marketing Head role located in Ghaziabad, requiring on-site presence at Design House India Pvt. Ltd.
Qualifications- Market Planning, Marketing Management, and Market Research skills
- Sales and Public Relations experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement marketing strategies
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the retail or corporate marketing industry
