Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff to the Founders Office. This role is critical in supporting the founders and working directly with the board to drive execution of high-priority initiatives.

The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, project manager, and operational lead to ensure alignment between strategic objectives and day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Collaborate with the founders and board to prioritize, plan, and execute key initiatives.
  • Monitor the progress of strategic goals and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to support decision-making.
  1. Operational Oversight:
  • Drive operational efficiency by identifying and addressing bottlenecks in processes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Establish metrics to track performance and success of initiatives.
  1. Board and Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as a liaison between the founders, board members, and internal teams.
  • Prepare presentations, agendas, and documentation for board meetings.
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment on key priorities.
  1. Project Management:
  • Lead special projects as assigned by the founders or board, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Anticipate risks and develop mitigation plans to address them proactively.
  1. Communication and Coordination:
  • Serve as a central point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and follow-ups to ensure the founders and board remain focused on strategic objectives.
  • Draft internal and external communications as needed.
  1. Confidentiality and Trust:
  • Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Build trust with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate.
  • 3+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, project management, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience working with senior leadership, including boards and executives.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
  • High level of emotional intelligence, discretion, and adaptability.
