Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff to the Founders Office. This role is critical in supporting the founders and working directly with the board to drive execution of high-priority initiatives.The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, project manager, and operational lead to ensure alignment between strategic objectives and day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with the founders and board to prioritize, plan, and execute key initiatives.
- Monitor the progress of strategic goals and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to support decision-making.
- Operational Oversight:
- Drive operational efficiency by identifying and addressing bottlenecks in processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Establish metrics to track performance and success of initiatives.
- Board and Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a liaison between the founders, board members, and internal teams.
- Prepare presentations, agendas, and documentation for board meetings.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment on key priorities.
- Project Management:
- Lead special projects as assigned by the founders or board, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
- Anticipate risks and develop mitigation plans to address them proactively.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Serve as a central point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
- Manage schedules, meetings, and follow-ups to ensure the founders and board remain focused on strategic objectives.
- Draft internal and external communications as needed.
- Confidentiality and Trust:
- Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Build trust with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Graduate.
- 3+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, project management, or a similar role.
- Proven experience working with senior leadership, including boards and executives.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
- High level of emotional intelligence, discretion, and adaptability.
