Operations Executive

Beverage Trade Network is hiring for Vadodara (India) office and now looking for Operations executive. Beverage Trade Network is one of the leading B2B drinks media company in the world. Based in USA, the company hosts many trade shows and competitions around the world.

Reporting into the Operations Manager, key responsibilities include:

• Taking responsibility for the development, management and execution of the Beverage Trade Network trade shows and events.
• Responsibility for all pre-and post-event logistics and delivery.
• Working with the team and partners to develop and oversee events.
• Collaborating with 3rd party partners to develop and create events opportunities.
• Liaising, negotiating, managing and briefing with suppliers, collaborators, high-profile speakers and judges.
• Liaising with competition entrants on samples and payments.

• Experience in customer service working in US and UK markets
• Outstanding communication skills
• Taking responsibility for every aspect of the work, from strategy to the smallest detail. Meeting deadlines.
• Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
