Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Business Development/ Sales Executive role at Delta6Labs Fintech Private Limited. We are seeking a Sales Executive with a proven track record in selling white-label and custom blockchain/crypto solutions. This role demands a self-motivated professional who can drive revenue by engaging new leads, managing client relationships, and showcasing our portfolio of products and services.

The ideal candidate will have experience in negotiating deals for white-label products and a strong understanding of the crypto and blockchain ecosystem.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably within blockchain, crypto, fintech, or related technology solutions.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong familiarity with crypto exchanges, blockchain ecosystems, NFTs, smart contracts, and payment gateways.
  • White-Label Expertise: Demonstrated success in selling white-label or custom software solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Sales Tools: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and other sales enablement platforms.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to understand client pain points, propose optimal solutions, and navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Team Player: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
