Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Auction Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, managing auction-related queries, and driving participation in upcoming auctions.You will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and ensuring smooth communication between the company and auction participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and existing customers to inform them about upcoming auctions.
- Provide detailed information about auction items, processes, and terms.
- Assist clients in the registration process for upcoming auctions.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to auctions, including item details, registration, and bidding procedures.
- Maintain and update customer records and auction participation details.
- Follow up with leads and clients to ensure successful participation in auctions.
- Promote auction events, products, and services to potential buyers and sellers.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and report outcomes to the Auction Manager.
- Ensure all customer inquiries are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the auction process.
- Assist in post-auction follow-up, including payment collection and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales, preferably in an auction or similar industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening skills and ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of the auction industry and processes is an advantage but not required.
