Job Description
Primary responsibility shall be to render post sales service support to the equipment supplied / contracted by customers and to ensure Climaveneta achieves highest customer satisfaction level.
Responsibilities broadly constitute, but not limited to:
Your primary responsibility shall be to render post sales service support to the equipment supplied / contracted by customers and to ensure Climaveneta achieves highest customer satisfaction level in Kerala.
It will include carrying out Preventive Maintenance Service, attend all break down calls and repair and service calls for Climaveneta customers. You will also be responsible for installation and commissioning of CV equipment and co-ordination related to installation and commissioning activities in allocated area, for Climaveneta products.You will assist the sales team as and when required for smooth co-ordination with customer. You will also extend support to sales team for sales activities as and when required.
Receiving the units at site, proper inspection, installation, commissioning and satisfactory handing over to client is part of your responsibility.
Spare parts forecasting and managing inventory within approved limits, Ensuring Safe custody and organizing spares.
Attending client / site co-ordination meetings, break down calls, PMS & AMC, preparing AMC Offers, generating service reports, collection of survey reports, etc. as required
Co-ordination with Vendors and ensuring vendor bills are processed after due verification, in time, to reduce escalation
Generating annual maintenance contract business, casual service and repairs and retrofit business to increase service revenue for the territory. Also ensuring the invoicing is carried out and timely payment collection from the customers. Meeting monthly/ quarterly / annual targets
