Account Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
• Maintain financial records using Tally software.
• Handle GST filing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Manage and reconcile distributor accounts.
• Assist in invoice processing, payments, and vendor coordination.
• Generate financial reports and support audit requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Tally for accounting and bookkeeping.
• Strong knowledge of GST filing and tax compliance.
• Experience handling distributor accounts.
• Prior experience in the pharmacy industry is an added advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
