• Lead and execute the implementation and deployment of SAP logistics solutions
• Analyze clients supply chain processes and develop customized SAP solutions
• Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices in logistics and supply chain management
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP logistics modules
• Identify and troubleshoot issues, providing timely resolutions and enhancements
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion
• Assist in pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and solution recommendations
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvements
• Contribute to the development of best practices, methodologies, and tools for SAP logistics consulting
• Build and foster strong client relationships through effective communication and delivery excellence
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants and project teams
• Participate in the development and review of proposals, statements of work, and project plans
• Contribute to the overall growth and strategic direction of the SAP logistics practice

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP logistics and supply chain management
• Proven expertise in implementing and customizing SAP Logistics Execution, Warehouse Management, and Transportation Management modules
• Strong understanding of integration points between logistics and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering effective and sustainable solutions
• Project management experience with the ability to lead and manage SAP logistics projects
• Demonstrated experience in client engagement, requirements gathering, and solution design
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and internal stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning
• Certification in SAP Logistics Execution or other relevant SAP certifications is a plus
• Experience in leading and mentoring junior consultants and project teams
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into SAP solutions
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
• Thorough understanding of industry-specific challenges and best practices in logistics and supply chain management
