We are seeking a Site Supervisor In-Charge to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to start their careers in construction management.

• Supervise and oversee daily site operations to ensure project completion on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth workflow.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including work progress, materials used, and labor hours.
• Assist in the planning and scheduling of project tasks and resources.
• Resolve any issues that arise on-site promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures at all times.

• Strong understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
