Job Summary:A Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for managing customer interactions, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth banking experience. They assist clients with financial products, resolve concerns, and build strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and business growth.Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Service & Support:Greet and assist customers with account-related queries and transactions.Provide information on banking products like savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment options.Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.2. Sales & Business Development:Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking products and services.Support the sales team in promoting loan schemes, fixed deposits, insurance, and investment plans.Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and offer additional services.3. Account Management & Documentation:Assist customers in opening accounts and processing applications for loans and credit cards.Verify and process documents as per banking policies and regulatory guidelines.Maintain and update customer records in the banking system.4. Customer Engagement & Retention:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.Conduct follow-ups with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.Gather feedback and suggest improvements for better service.5.
