Loc Kolkata, WFO only, 5 Days Working

• Design and animate compelling motion graphics for digital ads, social media, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Develop 2D animations, explainer videos, product demos, and promotional content.
• - Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
• - Edit and enhance video content, incorporating visual effects, graphics, and sound.
• - Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while experimenting with innovative visual styles.
• - Stay updated on the latest motion design trends, tools, and techniques.
• - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
• - Assist in creating storyboards, mood boards, and design mockups for campaigns

• Experience: 45 years of professional experience in motion graphic design and animation.
• - Education: Bachelors degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• - Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other motion design tools. Experience with Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
• Strong understanding of design principles, animation techniques, and storytelling.
• - Experience with sound design and video editing.
• - Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• - Ability to handle feedback and revisions professionally.
• - Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• - A portfolio or demo reel showcasing motion graphics and animation projects.
