We are seeking a Mid-Level Design Architect to join our Bengaluru team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical proficiency, excellent communication skills, and expertise in Revit. The Design Architect will play a crucial role in pioneering creative architectural solutions, enhancing project designs, and delivering innovative construction solutions in line with Brick & Bolt's commitment to quality and transparency.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Master's in Architecture.
• Proven experience in design and architectural roles in the construction industry.
• Technical proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit (Mandatory skill).
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members and stakeholders (Mandatory skill).
• Ability to develop creative and innovative architectural designs that meet client requirements.
• Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction standards to ensure compliance.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in design execution and project coordination.

• Design and develop architectural plans and blueprints that align with client specifications and company standards.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Utilize Revit and other relevant design tools to create detailed renderings and layouts.
• Conduct site evaluations and feasibility studies to optimize design functionalities.
• Ensure all design projects adhere to local building codes and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate design reviews, making necessary modifications to improve project outcomes.
• Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to prevent delays and cost overrun.
• Maintain open communication with clients to provide updates and incorporate feedback into design modifications.
