• Experience in quantity takeoff to measure and quantify the materials used in construction
• Proficiency in contract administration to manage contracts and ensure compliance with terms
• Knowledge of risk management to assess and mitigate risks associated with construction projects
• Understanding of construction law to ensure all activities are legally compliant
• Skills in value engineering to optimize the value of construction projects while maintaining functionality

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
