• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI Designer (3+ years preferred).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and project contributions.
• Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript standards.
• Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools.
• Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Ability to work well in collaborative team environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with user-centered design principles.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
