We arelooking for an energetic and enthusiastic electronics/power electronics engineer to lead automotive hardware development.

RequirementsandSkills:

>Minimumof7 - 15yearsofrelevantexperience(embeddedsystemdesign)

>BSorMSinElectricalEngineering,ComputerScience,ComputerEngineeringor the equivalent in experience with evidence of exceptional ability

>Strongexperiencewithcircuitanalysis,schematicdesign,PCBlayoutandmanufacturing.

>WorkingexperiencewithMCUcircuitdesignisrequired.

>WorkingexperiencewithEVcomponentssuchasBMS,Charger,DCDCconvertersetcishighly preferred.

>KnowledgeofdesignguidelinesforEMC/EMIstandards,thermalanalysisanddesign.

>SolidbackgroundinEEfundamentals-circuitanalysisanddesign

>Abilitytocollaborateandcommunicatecomplextechnicalconcepts

Responsibility:

>Embeddedsystemhardwaredesign,development,testing,debuggingandoptimization

>Createhardwaredesignsthatincludespecification,architecture,componentselection&sizing

>Conductanddocumenttoleranceanalysis,partstressanalysis,circuitanalysis,functionalsafety analysis, safety hazard analysis, hardware to software interface and design FEMAs

>DesignHWtomeetEnvironmental,EMI/EMC,thermal,shock&vibration

>Proactivelycollaboratewithcrossfunctionalengineeringgroups,manufacturing,quality,product support and suppliers.

>Performvalueanalysis/valueengineering to provide cost-effective electronic hardware solutions of highest quality standards for various electrification products.

>Preparetechnicalreportsandconductdesignreviewswiththestakeholders

>Hands-onhardwarebring-up,systemdebugging.

>Writingunitandcomponentlevelteststoensureproperfunctionality

>Makeperformanceandoptimizationtrade-offstomeetproductrequirements.
