Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our team. The recruiter will specialize in sourcing and placing top-tier IT talent for Prime Vendors, Tier 1 Vendors, and Direct Clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT recruitment lifecycle and the ability to handle high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Sourcing:Source qualified IT candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.), LinkedIn, and other platforms.Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future job openings.Leverage social networks and professional groups to reach potential candidates.Client Relationship Management:Work closely with Prime Vendors, Tier 1 Vendors, and Direct Clients to understand job requirements and deliver the best-fit candidates.Act as a liaison between clients and candidates to ensure seamless communication.Full-Cycle Recruitment:Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.Conduct initial screenings, technical assessments, and coordinate client interviews.Negotiate pay rates and contract terms with candidates and vendors.Documentation & Compliance:Ensure all documentation, including work authorization, is accurate and complies with legal and client requirements.Familiarity with H1-B, OPT, CPT, EAD, GC, and USC hiring processes.Database Management:Maintain accurate and updated records of candidates and job requirements using ATS or CRM tools.Recruitment Metrics:Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and client satisfaction.Key Skills and QualificationsExperience:2+ years of IT recruiting experience, preferably with Prime Vendors, Tier 1 Vendors, or Direct Clients.Technical Knowledge:Familiarity with IT roles and technologies, including software development, infrastructure, cloud, data science, etc.Tools:Proficiency in ATS, MS Office, and job portals like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn Recruiter.Soft Skills:Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.What We OfferCompetitive salary and commission structure.Opportunity to work with top-tier clients.Flexible work environment.Professional development and growth opportunities.More information about this IT Recruiter JobPlease go through the below FAQs to get all answers related to the given IT Recruiter jobWhat are the job requirements to apply for this IT Recruiter job position?
