Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. This role will serve as a critical bridge between our Sales Enablement, Growth, and FinOps teams, driving insights from revenue data to enhance our growth strategies, client retention and client profitability.

• Revenue analysis & reporting:
• Track, report, analyse, and model revenue data
• Utilize customer-level revenue data to derive insights and analyse past customer trends to re-align customer acquisition and growth strategies.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for revenue intelligence.
• Collaboration:
• Coordinate with and between Sales Enablement, Growth, and FinOps teams to maximize revenue growth .
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss insights and actionable strategies based on revenue analysis.
• Customer Acquisition & Lifetime Value:
• Track and analyse the cost of customer acquisition, develop strategies to optimize it and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and other market activities to identify new opportunities for revenue generation.
• Revenue oriented pperational efficiency:
• Streamline processes across teams to improve efficiency and effectiveness in driving revenue.
• Implement best practices in revenue operations and stay updated on industry trends and technologies.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, PowerBI, Tableau).
• Expertise with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) and revenue intelligence platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, revenue intelligence, sales operations, or a similar relevant role.
• Experience in the B2B professional services industry
• Experience working in a US-centric time zone.
