Assistant Consultant – Heritage Graphics
Job Description
WSP is seeking a Assistant Consultant Heritage Graphics to support our UK Cultural Heritage & Archaeology (CH&A) Team. The appointment is key to the development of our growing CH&A Team in India (Noida and Bengaluru offices) that supports the UK Team.The role will require a combination of technical expertise of archaeology/cultural heritage and design software skills.
As an assistant consultant you will be expected to prepare heritage figures, graphics and illustrations on archaeological and cultural heritage projects.
These form an integral part of the heritage planning consent applications, desk-based assessments and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) reports that we do.
We are particularly interested in candidates that have an interest and knowledge of working on archaeological/cultural heritage projects related to development and infrastructure works and have excellent software skills in visual design.
Preferably, you will have a technical specialism and software skills that contribute to the strategic development of our heritage team and developing the service line.
The successful applicant will be a highly motivated team player, who is able to meet the challenges of a busy consultancy environment.
You will be conscientious with high attention to detail and good command of written and spoken English.
You will be an integral member of the team, delivering the highest standards of technical work and aiding the continued success of the Cultural Heritage & Archaeology Team.
You will have a strong awareness of Health and Safety and risk management.
