Inviting applications for the role of LeadConsultant-Quality Analyst/Business Analyst
Work closely with Business stakeholders and Technology teams to understand the core business problems and deliver optimal IT solutions.
Responsibilities- Work closely with QA Team to ensure high quality of the product and promote efficient QA Tools and Technique.
- Should involve in Requirements gathering, Analysis, Design and Validation.
- Partner with Technology Leads to effectively deliver on business requirements.
- Make sure that all new solutions are scalable and yield to high architectural standards.
- Work with larger team towards successful resolution of Implementation issues and their validation
- Be the Quality analyst for large Platform migration program, Analyzing BRD/Requirements and extract Testing requirements from same.
- Work towards creation of Test Strategy and Test scenario development.
- Explore Automation opportunities and Execute Test scenarios for certification
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills- BE/BTech/MCA in IT/Computer Science/Any Engineering discipline or equivalent
- Strong product functionality knowledge
- Experience of working on Lending domain in General
- Strong Business/Quality Analysis and Validation experience.
- Ability to work with business analysts, development managers, architects, infrastructure, and other developers to analyze business requirements, propose solutions, and implement those solutions.
- Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
