We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Global Business Change Manager II to join our Client Changeteam. This role is located in Pune, MH - HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead and manage a team of data analysts to build a thorough understanding of all areas of business for driving MIS and analytical-based insights2.
- Serve as the principal owner of the ServiceNow database for all global clients change demands/projects3.
- Drive data reliability, consistency, and adherence to report structures and timelines4.
- Uphold and develop standards and processes to ensure that data is collected, maintained, and modeled efficiently for analysis5.
- Creatively develop self-serve visual analytical tools, PowerPoint slides, visualizations, and graphical reporting to convey key business messages6.
- Attend technical and business user prioritization forums to stay updated on changes and feedback any impacts on overall reporting and applications used7.
- Work closely with key decision-makers across the organization to shape positive outcomes, impact business reporting, and facilitate effective planning, decision-making, and execution against key goals and projects
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Overall 12+ years of experience in data analysis/data governance, MIS domain in BFSI industry
- 7-10 years experience as a Lead Manager in similar setups, large captives, and/or shared services in banking/FS domain.
- Demonstrate a good knowledge of project governance and project methodologies, especially around large transformational / strategic initiatives
- Working knowledge of Service Now application, its functionality and reporting usage is an advantage
- Hands on experience around management reporting, familiarity with Advanced Excel, macros, automation etc.
- Experience in leading and managing a team (4-5 directs) with overall supervisory responsibilities
- Demonstrate a proactive mind set in learning the process and act as a mentor/guide
- Experience in working in a matrix and cross-cultural environment
- Ability to connect the dots and build the story line and experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex topics simply and succinctly to an Executive audience.
