Location: Mumbai
Preferred: Logistics, Freight Forwarding or Related Field
Skills: Strategic Planning, Sales & Negotiation, Market Research & Analysis, Client Relationship Management, and Leadership & Team Management
Yearly Bonus will be provided

Responsibilities:
- Identifying and Developing Business Opportunities
- Research new markets, industries, and potential clients.
- Identify business expansion opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Develop plans to increase market share and revenue.
- Sales & Revenue Growth
- Create and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
- Collaborate with sales teams to generate and convert leads.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Gather data to refine business strategies and decision-making.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor the business development and sales teams.
- Coordinate with internal departments like marketing and finance.
- Drive team performance to achieve business goals.
