Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Task Assignment: Review and analyze daily repair and maintenance tickets. Allocate tasks to technicians based on their skills, availability, and the urgency of the requests.
- Team Supervision: Lead and supervise the technician team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Provide guidance and support to technicians as needed.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor technician performance, providing feedback and coaching to enhance productivity and job satisfaction. Address any performance issues promptly.
- Ticket Management: Ensure that all repair and maintenance tickets are handled in a timely manner. Track progress and update ticket statuses as necessary.
- Resource Allocation: Assess resource needs and ensure that technicians have the necessary tools and materials to complete their tasks.
- Quality Control: Perform regular checks on completed tasks to ensure that they meet company quality standards and address any issues that arise.
- Reporting: Generate and review reports on team performance, ticket resolution times, and any other relevant metrics. Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the repair and maintenance operations.
- Customer Service: Address any customer concerns or complaints related to repair and maintenance services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor degree mandatory, MBA Preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a repair and maintenance role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader position.
