ServiceNow Architect Job Description

Experience:10 to 12 yrs

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design:

• Design and architect ServiceNow solutions to meet client requirements.
• Develop high-level architecture and detailed design documents.
• Ensure solutions align with best practices and industry standards.

1. Implementation and Integration:

• Lead the implementation of ServiceNow modules and custom applications.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and applications.
• Oversee the development and deployment of workflows, business rules, and UI policies.

1. Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and capabilities.

1. Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
• Communicate technical solutions and strategies effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

1. Performance and Optimization:

• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
• Optimize the ServiceNow platform for scalability and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in ServiceNow development and architecture (5+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL processes.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript, etc.).
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
