About Talworx: Talworx is an emerging recruitment consulting startup, Established in 2023 we are an emerging team of 50+ recruiters working from Pan India on Work from home model.

We are building our delivery engine with super star recruiters and recruitment leaders to cater to our customers across the segment.

1. We are looking for 8+ years experienced delivery leader who can bring in or build his/her own team, to cater client's recruitments keeping profitability in mind,
2. Lead and oversee the recruitment delivery team to ensure timely fulfillment of client hiring needs with proven ability to work with excel and dashboards
3. Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring high-quality placements.
4. Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their talent requirements and business objectives.
5. Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) for recruitment delivery, ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded.
6. Develop and implement efficient recruitment strategies to optimize candidate pipelines.
7. Collaborate with account managers and business development teams to align delivery goals with client expectations.
8. Drive continuous process improvement to enhance efficiency and service quality.
9. Mentor and train recruiters, fostering skill development and team growth.
10. Resolve recruitment challenges, including escalations, sourcing bottlenecks, and client concerns.
11. Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and emerging recruitment tools.
12. Manage team workload and allocate resources effectively to meet varying project demands.
13. Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions for the team.
14. Prepare and present detailed recruitment delivery reports to clients and stakeholders.
15. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the consultancy by achieving delivery excellence.
