Handling and supporting the Project Manager in performing the progress monitoring service as per the
requirements of the Client.- Coordinate with the different stake holders of the project to review and assess the project hinderances.
- Preparation and review of the construction program.
- Preparation of weekly and monthly management reports.
- Anticipating the completion dates of the project based on the actual progress at site.
- Assessment of project dependencies and action required to complete the project within the agreed program to the .
Evaluating the manpower requirement to complete the project within the agreed timeline.
Qualifications
Education - B.E/B.Tech/Diploma (Civil)- Candidate should have the experience of working on large scale construction projects within India and possesses excellent technical and communication skills.
- A thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, work packages, from project conception stage, through all of the operational stages to completion and post-project review.
3+ years of work experience with demonstrated career growth graph.
