Key Responsibilities- Client Acquisition and Relationship Building
- Identify and target potential clients across various industries.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Develop tailored proposals and pitch presentations to win client confidence.
- Strategic Partnerships and Empanelment
- Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and empanelment with clients.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to align with business goals.
- Act as a key liaison to ensure mutual success in partnerships.
- Business Development
- Drive revenue growth by securing new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Track and report on sales metrics, forecasting, and growth trends.
- Delivery Management
- Ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services to clients.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure client requirements are met within agreed timelines.
- Proactively address client concerns to maintain satisfaction and trust.
- Market Analysis and Strategy
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve client engagement and retention.
- Proven track record in client acquisition, business development, and partnership management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
