Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Client Relationship Manager at LifeWall located in New Delhi. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing customer needs, retaining customers, building strong relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.
Roles And Responsibilities
Get the payments from customers as per the project stages.
Ensure that the project gets handed over within the timeline without delay.
Keep the client happy whatever situation may arise.
Visit the site whenever necessary to ensure that you are up to date with the progress.
Handling and resolving queries of customers.
Raising payment request of turnkey partner as per design stage completion and terms &
conditions.
