About Company and Job Summary:

We are a leading manufacturer of super quality LPG,Industrial, Automotive, Hydraulic hoses & Rubber Moulded Products.We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plant Accounting Manager to oversee all accounting operations at our manufacturing plant in Baddi Himachal Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the plant, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Analyze plant financial performance and report variances against the budget.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports for management review.

1. Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Prepare annual budgets for the plant, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
• Perform variance analysis to compare actual performance to budgeted figures, and report deviations with corrective actions.
• Assist in financial forecasting and ensure accurate projections for future periods.

1. Cash Flow Management:

• Manage the plant's cash flow by overseeing the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment processing and collections.
• Maintain relationships with key suppliers, customers, and banks to manage working capital efficiently.

1. Team Leadership:

• Supervise and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance on day-to-day tasks and career development.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (production, procurement, HR, etc.) to ensure smooth financial operations within the plant.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
