Job Description

• We are looking for a to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with their queries, and provide excellent customer service. This role requires good communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle pressure while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
• Key Responsibilities:

• Provide information about products or services to customers.

• Assist in troubleshooting issues and resolving customer problems effectively.

• Work with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.

• Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
• Requirements:

• Experience: Prior experience in a voice process (inbound or outbound) is an advantage.Skills:
• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

• Personal Qualities: Patience and ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
• Strong work ethic and team player.

Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.

Pay: 15,

• 00 - 18,000.00 per month
