We are looking for a Personal Secretary to support our senior management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing their calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and handling administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the calendars of senior management, scheduling appointments and meetings, and ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings, transportation, and visas.
  • Handle administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and preparing reports.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, documents, and spreadsheets.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure that all information is kept up-to-date and accurate.
