Job Description
Who are we looking for: We are looking for a smart, talented and motivated Executive - Sales. As a part of the sales and business development team you will be responsible for achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth plans.You must be comfortable with making multiple inbound and outbound calls daily, data analysis, funneling leads and closing sales.
Your roles and responsibilities will include:
Lead follow-up on a regular basis
Scheduling demos at respective demo locations with the help of the after-sales team
Generating new business from existing and new channel partners, and maintaining relationships with them.
Develop and maintain demo partners in assigned territory
Responsible for the complete sales cycle
Use CRM tools effectively for customer engagement/business generation
Responsible for customer success
What are we looking for As a successful candidate, you must have:
Min 1-3 years of proven sales experience with a consistent track record of overachieving sales targets.
Must have 1 year of inside sales experience
Educational qualification: Graduate
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, Fluent in spoken Kannada, Hindi, and English
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, performance-oriented start-up environment.
