As a Tech Lead Engineering Manager, you will spearhead our engineering initiatives, scaling the product while ensuring a robust and high-performance technical foundation. Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the engineering team, driving the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Architect, design, and oversee the development of scalable, reliable systems.
- Collaborate with product managers and leadership to align technical strategies with business goals.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Establish and implement best practices for software development, deployment, and team management.
- Experience: 4+ years of hands-on software development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in modern backend technologies and cloud platforms.
- System Design: Strong understanding of architecture and design principles for scalable systems.
- Team Leadership: Proven experience building and managing high-performing engineering teams.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and effectively manage multiple responsibilities.
