Job Description

Introduction to Role:

• As an Sales Manager, you will be responsible to handle the territory assigned and to increase the Sales Revenue by implanting various strategies. Develop new customers and explore new segments for Commercial Refrigeration projects.

• sAcquisition of New Clients / Consultan
• tCreating a short- and long-term Sales Plan with the intention of achieving the given objectives
• .Management of Customer relationship / key account
• sLead the conversion from Marketing channels
• .Develop the Existing Dealer
• .Identify and appoint the new dealers as per the Business requirements
• .Consistently achieve revenue goals to meet the team / organizational goals
• .Obtaining referrals from the existing customer to increase the sales pipeline
• .Recognize customer needs and provide insights for improving the product portfolio as per customer feedback and market requirements
• .Actively looking for possibilities to increase the sales funnel
• .Lead to conduct Seminars / Webinar. Lead to participate in exhibition to increase the product / brand awareness
• .Pre and Post sales support to increase the customer satisfaction level
• .Reporting and operations
• Qualification
• sMinimum 8 years of experience in Refrigeration segment is must
• .Bachelor&aposs degree or MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fiel
• dAt least 2-3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing in the commercial refrigeration industr
