In this role, you will lead and manage the Talent Acquisition (TA) operations globally. Your focus will be to drive recruitment strategies, deliver hiring targets, and ensure a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in SuccessFactors Recruiting and ServiceNow systems.
Responsibilities- Lead Talent Acquisition operations covering end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and mobility processes.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent globally.
- Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to ensure talent acquisition aligns with organizational goals.
- Optimize use of recruitment platforms such as SuccessFactors Recruiting, ATS tools, and ServiceNow.
- Monitor and improve TA KPIs including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, diversity metrics, and quality of hire.
- Ensure adherence to hiring policies, compliance, and data privacy regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and digital initiatives in TA operations.
- Build a strong recruitment team, coach and mentor them for delivering high-performance outcomes.
- Flexibility to manage recruitment operations across multiple time zones, including New Zealand & Australia.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory frameworks.
- Flexibility to manage operations covering New Zealand & Australia shifts.
- Engage with key internal and external stakeholders ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Identify and implement continuous process improvement opportunities.
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams and develop domainexpertise across geographies.
- Be hands on, to ensure delivery per customer expectation along with meeting defined SLA ensure customer satisfaction. Noise free operation in a critical result
- Assess actual performance against standards to resolve whether the team is on target to reach goals and take corrective actions as vital.
- Constantly work to find the opportunities to drive value beyond SLA&rsquos and contractual terms - hence be able to drive value share and Transformation opportunity.
- Strategic thinking and leadership experience with an emphasis on relationship management and communication at all levels within an organization. Facilitate and coordinate multiple deadlines, create cohesive teams, and respond quickly to management requests.
- Coach, mentor, train and coordinate the activities of the team.
- Manage the application and monitoring of the Hub&rsquos methodology framework, principles, and delegations.
- Understand the use of data to give insights to the business. Be able to make decisions using data.
- A reasonable level of excel usage is necessary.
- Leadership is a key skill required to deliver HRO objectives.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills- Bachelor%27s/Master&rsquos degree with relevant years of Talent Acquisition leadership experience.
- Expertise in large-scale recruitment operations, preferably in outsourced/shared services environments.
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting, ServiceNow, Workday, or similar platforms.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with experience in partnering with senior leadership.
- Exposure to managing hiring operations in markets is preferred.
- Strong people leadership, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong data analytics and Excel skills.
- Strong leadership, people management, and coaching skills.
- Relevant years of Experience in operation in an outsourced environment of HRO domain and in-depth end to end process knowledge
