About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Presales Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role requires expertise in creating impactful presentations, proposals, and reports to support sales pitches and RFPs. The ideal candidate is skilled in data analysis, market research, and crafting compelling narratives that align with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and create tailored proposals and presentations.
• Design visually appealing and impactful PowerPoint presentations for sales pitches and RFP submissions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business development strategies.
• Analyze customer data and trends to provide insights that enhance proposal quality.
• Coordinate with technical and business teams to gather inputs for crafting customized solutions.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with branding guidelines in all client-facing materials.
• Act as a bridge between sales and delivery teams to ensure a seamless handover of project details post-closure.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in presales, business development, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong analytical and research skills to derive actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to create visually appealing and persuasive presentations.
• Knowledge of RFP and proposal creation processes is a plus.
