Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Lead Acquisition & Partner Marketing Manager to drive high-impact ATL & BTL activations, co-marketing programs, and digital engagement for SME and enterprise customers. This role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing channel partner programs, and optimizing demand generation efforts to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Lead Generation
  • Develop and execute innovative lead generation strategies to drive customer acquisition.
  • Plan and manage ATL & BTL marketing campaigns, including roadshows, events, and digital initiatives.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and improve conversion rates.
Channel Partner Enablement & Co-Marketing
  • Build and institutionalize marketing capabilities for channel partners to increase product adoption.
  • Drive co-marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless asset distribution and feedback loops.
  • Implement CRM-driven demand generation programs to track campaign performance and manage opportunities.
Event & Digital Marketing
  • Plan and execute high-impact customer events, webinars, and digital engagements.
  • Support partners in developing and managing SEO, social media campaigns, and performance marketing.
  • Enable partners to run sustained digital event programs and enhance their online presence.
Branding & Market Intelligence
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends & competitor activities to refine strategies.
  • Monitor and improve ROI on marketing investments through data analysis.
Key Qualifications:
  1. 10 years of experience in marketing, with 4-5 years in channel marketing.

Proven expertise in ATL & BTL activations, demand generation, and event marketing.

Strong background in digital marketing, SEO, and CRM-based lead management.
Experience in the telecom or related industry preferred.
Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to influence and drive results in a matrixed environment.
