- Provide service of Inbound calls for roadside assistance and other service requests such as a vehicle that won’t start; flat tire; keys locked inside a car; vehicle out of gas; vehicle in an accident.
- Probe to identify the need of the customer based on vehicle situation
- Provide safe facilities to customer
- Dispatch a service provider to assist the customer.
- Provide status updates to customers.
- Ability to remain resilient, project patience and empathy, and provide excellent service when dealing with stressful situations.
- Self-disciplined to manage own schedule and adhere to it.
- Ability to utilize multiple computer programs at the same time.
- Exhibit professional, courteous, and friendly behaviour.
- High school diploma or equivalent with Fresher & 6 Months – 2 year of experience
- Able to speak and read English fluently
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
