• User Interface Design: Create visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces for web applications that align with TSYS brand and enhance the user experience.
• User Experience Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors and use insights to inform design decisions.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools likeFigma to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and align with business goals.
• Development Handoff: Prepare all design works for proper development handoff and collaboration.
• Work closely with developers to make sure designs requirements are clearly executed.
• Design Systems: Create, maintain and evolve the company's design system to ensure consistency across all web applications.
• Feedback Implementation: Gather feedback from users and team members to iterate on designs for continuous improvement.
• Accessibility: Ensure all designs comply with web accessibility standards to provide an inclusive experience for all users

• Proven experience as a UI/UX designer, preferably within fintech or payment solutions.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Axure, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,Illustrator), and other optimization tools.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS: Basic understanding of front-end technologies to effectively communicatewith developers is a bonus.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to solve complex design challenges creatively while considering user needs and business objectives.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
