Job Description
Duties/ Roles & Responsibilities- Overall responsibility of topline for Primary, Secondary & Tertiary sales in the region.
- Team handling experience.
- Managing distribution network for multiple states through the team of BMs/ASMs/TEs/SSTE/Associates.
- Formulating, Planning, and Executing sell-out activities and other marketing programs.
- Driving the right product mix and assortment leads to overall margin gains.
- Driving a performance-driven culture in the team.
- Hiring, developing & retaining the team through structured processes, regular feedback, and leading byexample.
- Driving key account management for distributors/ key dealers / key contractors.
- Strengthening Forecast Accuracy and Inventory Management.
- Ensuring 100% implementation of sales process initiatives and incentive earnings of the team.
