Job Description

Job Summary:

The Wedding Coordinator or Wedding Planner will work closely with clients to create memorable experiences, managing everything from logistics to vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage weddings, corporate events, and private functions from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their event goals, preferences, and budget.
• Research and recommend venues, vendors, and service providers (e.g., caterers, florists, photographers).
• Develop detailed event timelines, schedules, and run-of-show plans.
• Oversee event logistics, including venue setup, dcor, catering, and guest accommodations.
• Manage vendor contracts and negotiations to ensure cost-effective and quality services.
• Coordinate event marketing and promotional activities, including ticket sales and social media (if required).
• Supervise on-site event execution, ensuring smooth operations and handling any last-minute challenges.
• Provide creative direction for event design, themes, and dcor, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain a network of reliable event vendors and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and health requirements for events.
• Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure events are delivered within financial constraints.
• Conduct post-event evaluations, collect feedback, and prepare event reports.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new ideas into future events.
• Lead and coordinate event staff, volunteers, and third-party teams during events.
