We are looking for a Tele-Sales Executive to boost our sales by communicating with current and possible customers/clients. They should be responsible for Customer Sales and follow-up of inquiries given to them. The candidate will be required to interact with our clients the moment a lead is received, on a real-time basis.The customer sales executive will also get incentives apart from Salary.
Job Profile-
Roles and Responsibilities:-- Handle online website inquiries and generate sales through leads by Telecalling, mailing and follow up.
- Candidate should have good communication skills and can talk to the customers on call in Hindi & English.
- Answer questions of the customers about products and services of the company and try to do the sale.
- Enter and update customer information in the Database.
- Maintain Customer lead Data follow-up on our CRM.
- Work experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketers or a similar role in the Sales Department will be preferred.
- He/she should have a good command of English and/or Hindi language & basic Computer skills.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
