Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in WordPress, creative design, content creation, and MS PowerPoint, with a keen eye for detail and innovation. You will be responsible for managing digital campaigns, creating engaging content, and optimizing online presence to enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Management: Manage and update the company website using WordPress, ensuring smooth functionality and user experience.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging and high-quality content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
• Creative Design: Design visually appealing graphics, banners, and presentations using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Social Media Management: Create and schedule social media posts, engage with the audience, and analyze performance metrics.
• Email Marketing: Plan and execute email campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
• SEO & SEM: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and run paid campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media Ads) to improve visibility.
• Presentation Development: Create impactful PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Data Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other analytics tools.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align digital strategies with business goals.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in WordPress website management.
• Strong graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Excellent content writing and creative storytelling abilities.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations.
• Experience in managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media ad platforms.
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights for digital campaign improvement.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
• Certification in Google Ads, SEO, or Digital Marketing is a plus.
• Experience with marketing automation tools is an advantage.
