Job Description / Key Responsibilities:
- Build Relationships: Develop strong connections with architects, builders, project management companies, and key decision-makers in the industry to drive sales growth.
- Project Specifications & Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities by prospecting and generating leads, creating a healthy pipeline, and driving sales conversions.
- Industry Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and address challenges.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct presentations, seminars, trainings, and product demonstrations to engage potential customers, converters, and key accounts.
- Channel Development: Collaborate with converters, installers, and applicators, creating a pool of authorized, loyal customers.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while ensuring profitability and growing market share as per company objectives.
- Reporting and Analysis: Analyze data, report on sales activities, and prepare performance assessments. Regularly update customer visits, sales output, and share gains.
