About the Role:

We are looking for a professional and welcoming Front Desk Officer to join our corporate office team. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and lasting impression. You will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors with a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails.
  • Coordinate front desk activities, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Handle mail and courier services efficiently.
  • Support internal teams with administrative tasks as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Front Desk Officer or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and conduct.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
