Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students in course selection and academic planning.
• Provide career guidance and support, including information on various career options and job market trends.
• Assist prospective students and their families with the college admission process.
• Provide information about academic programs, admission requirements, and financial aid options.
• Prepare reports and analyze data to improve counseling services.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in education and career counseling.

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field (Master's preferred).

• Graduate fresher can also apply.
• Must have minimum 6 months of Inside Sales/Educational Counselor/ BDA/BDE experience.
• Previous experience in educational or career counseling is preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with students, parents, and faculty.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in counseling techniques and career assessment tools

Maximum Package

EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES-40K CTC and unlimited incentives (35k in hand)

GRADUATE FRESHER-19K IN HAND 24 K CTC.

Six days working, General shifts, One Rotational off, Unlimited incentives.
